Please come along and support the next CAAEAS CPD event at The Chester Grosvenor. Dan Stear (and colleagues) from Storrar Cowdry will be delivering a seminar on the below topic:
‘It’s all in the lease’ – a guide to property leases and the potential pitfalls for leaseholders, tenants and agents
The subject is extremely topical with the increased focus on leasehold properties and lease obligations for matters such as using properties for holiday lets (e.g. of Airbnb) and will provide the opportunity to discuss various different scenarios that can occur.
The Chester Grosvenor have kindly offered to host the event ‘free of charge’ and will be providing refreshments on arrival and offering a tour of the Chester Grosvenor Hotel afterwards (including the fabulous wine cellar.)
Guests are also invited to the La Brasserie for dinner afterwards and there will be a special Chester’s Association of Auctioneers, Estate Agents and Surveyors dining offer.
