The Chester Property Community Comes Together for the Annual Walls Crawl

Few cities offer a setting quite like Chester.

Last night, members of the Chester Association of Property Professionals gathered for the annual Walls Pub Crawl, an event that has become a favourite in the local property calendar.

Starting with a walk around Chester’s historic city walls, the evening offered an opportunity to step away from emails, viewings and meetings and spend time with fellow professionals who help shape the city’s property market every day.

Representatives from all sectors of property joined together to enjoy one of Chester’s greatest assets, its heritage.

As the sun began to set over the city, conversations flowed about the market, local developments, business challenges and opportunities. The walk was followed by food and drinks, allowing friendships and professional relationships to continue long into the evening.

The strength of Chester’s market comes not only from the quality of its homes and commercial spaces, but from the expertise and professionalism of the people working behind the scenes.

Events such as the Walls Crawl remind us that property remains a people business. Relationships built over a walk, a conversation or a shared meal often lead to better outcomes for clients, stronger partnerships and a more connected city.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to Ewelina Deptuch for organising another excellent evening.

Here’s to the continued success of Chester’s property community and the city we are proud to call home.
